David Teplow

David is the founder and CEO of Integra Technology Consulting. Prior to founding Integra, David founded Database Technologies (DBT) as the first consulting company on the East Coast to specialize in relational databases. DBT was consistently recognized for its exceptional employees, its superior services, and its steady growth. DBT was acquired in 1998 by PKS Systems Integration. David also served as President of the Northeast Oracle Users Group from 1992 to 1999 and on the Board of the Independent Oracle Users Group (IOUG) from 2002 to 2008. He is currently one of three user group liasons worldwide to Oracle's beta program. David holds a B.A. in mathematics from Dartmouth College. He is also a graduate of the Entrepreneurial Management Program at Babson College and the entrepreneurial executive leadership program at the MIT Enterprise Forum.

Allan Edwards

Allan Edwards joined Integra as Managing Partner and CTO to lead technical direction and delivery in January of 2002. Throughout his 20-year career as a technologist, Allan has focused specifically on high-value business challenges that incorporate issues of extreme volume and/or performance. Prior to joining Integra, Allan was a founding partner at Aperio, Inc., a successful services firm dedicated to direct marketing and customer relationship management, where he served as Vice President of Technology. Aperio was later acquired by Kana Software. In addition, Allan is currently President of the Northeast Oracle Users Group, a position he also held from 1988 to 1991. Allan is a graduate of Baylor University, with concentrations in computer science and communications.

Doug Catalano

Doug Catalano joined Integra as Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer in 2007. He is a 25-year veteran of consulting and IT services, with extensive experience in professional services firms, both public and private. Prior to joining Integra, Doug was Chairman, CEO, and President of Enherent Corp., a staffing, consulting, and systems integration firm providing technology services to Fortune 500 companies. Doug was also CEO of Granitar, Inc., an Internet consulting and systems integration firm; CEO of Peritus Software Services, a provider of software maintenance solutions; and President of CSC Consulting, where he spent 15 years in a variety of roles (including serving as President from 1990 to 1997). Doug holds a B.S. in finance from Northeastern University.

Jim Elkind

Jim Elkind is Vice President of Enterprise Applications for Integra. Jim leads Integra's applications consulting organization to address business challenges through the use of appropriate technologies and processes. Jim brings 19 years of experience providing integrated business and technology solutions to a variety of industries. Prior to joining Integra, Jim was Sr. Director of Operations for Tilion, a supply chain management company. Jim also headed KPMG's Oracle Applications group, where he built a national practice to assist Fortune 50 clients in the selection and implementation of ERP solutions. Jim managed the implementation of the Oracle applications and supply chain for a division of Teradyne prior to joining KPMG. Jim holds a B.A. from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Eric Heine

Eric Heine is Integra's Vice President of CRM Consulting. Eric brings to Integra's CRM practice a deep focus on helping clients develop and implement customer relationship management strategies that successfully unite customer data, business processes, and enabling technology to optimize the customer experience and maximize the value of each customer as an asset. Over the last 16 years, Eric has held a variety of director and executive level positions, in which he has built and led successful CRM consulting practices for the "Big 5" and regional consulting organizations. In the process, he has led over 30 CRM projects, including a dozen sales, service, and marketing automation implementation projects and over 20 CRM strategy, diagnostic, "road map," and technology selection projects. Prior to joining Integra, Eric was founder and CEO of Agile Resources, a staffing and executive search firm. Before that, Eric was Director of KPMG Consulting's CRM practice. Eric was also Director of the CRM practice at Berkeley Enterprise Partners, a regional CRM strategy consultancy. Prior to turning his efforts to the professional services side of CRM, Eric spent a number of years on the user side, holding management positions in sales, marketing, and IT. Eric holds a B.A. from Northwestern University.

Steve Tripp

Steve Tripp is a Sales Executive and Vice President at Integra. His main responsibility is to sell technology solutions to solve strategic client needs. Steve’s other responsibilities include developing sales and marketing materials and programs in support of Integra’s business. Additionally, he works closely with Integra’s partner channel representatives to craft and market joint solutions. Steve has had 10 years experience in technology and consulting sales. His experience includes very successful consulting sales roles at Keane and Collaborative Consulting. He has also managed a national sales team focused on Financial Services market while he was with Mercator Software. Prior to these roles, Steve worked as an application developer at Harvard Business School and Stonemarketing, an affinity marketing company in Cambridge, Massachusetts where he got his start in Information Technology. Steve has a B.S. in Economics from Middlebury College.

Bill Melley

Bill Melley is a Sales Executive and Vice President at Integra. He is responsible for strategic sales activities at key clients in the Northeast and focuses on working with clients and partners to leverage the capabilities of Integra to deliver comprehensive solutions. Bill has 20 years experience in providing business and technology solutions to clients in a variety of industries. Prior to Integra, he was with Oracle Corporation, as a Consulting Sales Director working with the Oracle Technology and Applications sales forces to deliver Oracle services and solutions. Before Oracle, Bill was Business Development Manager at Deloitte in the Management Solutions and Services Group, and he spent 5 years as the top Account Executive at Database Technologies delivering Oracle projects in the New England Region. He got his start at Reynolds and Reynolds selling systems and services to the retail automotive market. Bill holds a B.S. in Management from Babson College.
